The Potential Project
The Potential Project, the 3-year middle school development curriculum focused on helping students discover their unique talents and build confidence and leadership skills during these critical formative years.
Discover. Cultivate. Activate.
Built on the powerful framework of Discover, Cultivate, and Activate, this 75-lesson program equips students with the language and self-awareness to recognize their potential and apply it to the real world.
Curriculum includes:
Teacher Guides with plug & play activities
Student Workbooks with room for Journaling
Posters for your school
Digital sign in for all materials
Parent/Caregiver talk sheets for each grade
Teaching Talent videos
Slideshow for each year to support teachers
Most programs focus on skills. We focus on talent development over time.
In year 1, students discover their natural talents.
In year 2, they learn how to grow their talents.
In year 3, they apply it to real life and purpose.
What if students...
Knew what they were naturally good at?
Had the confidence to grow it?
Could connect it to their future?
Understood their classmates better?
Could spot and celebrate strengths in others, not just themselves?
Used their talents to solve real-world problems at school and beyond?
Had language to talk about their Talents with teachers, friends, and family?
Saw mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow their talents?
Built a personal “strengths portfolio” to track their growth over time?
Felt safe to take risks and try new things because they knew their Talents would support them?
Left school with a clear sense of purpose and direction?
