Traci Newkirk is a seasoned entrepreneur, culture architect, and leadership strategist with more than two decades of experience helping people and organizations reach their potential. As co-founder of Intellectual Capitol, Inc., she helped grow a respected IT staffing firm. In 2021, she launched Human Potential Advisors, a firm focused on partnering with executives, teams, and boards to align strengths, boost engagement, and create thriving cultures. Newkirk served as chair of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, championing leadership and business growth across the Upstate. Newkirk is launching “Take the Lead,” a management training program, and developing a nonprofit board training initiative to help boards and staff work in partnership for greater community impact.
